We’re committed to offering the highest quality jewelry and the finest customer service. If there is any qulity problem with the jewelry, we would like to offer you an exchange, or refund.
We give you 30 days from the date you received your item to return your purchase. All returned jewelry must be in original condition. Any items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing (by anyone other than Dewdrop Stainless Steel), or damage will not be refunded, or exchanged. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded and the return postage is the customers’ responsibility.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please place the defective jewelry in the original packing.
Indicate on the invoice which item is to be returned or exchanged. If you would like to make an exchange, please give a brief description of which item you wish to exchange the jewelry for. If you are requesting a return, please let us know why you are returning the item. We appreciate your feedback!
If you do not have your packing list, please send a note with your name, address, email, phone number and order number.
Write either EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package.

Once your item is received, please allow up to 15 days for processing.
If you are requesting a refund, it will be refunded using your original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. If you have not received a refund within 15 days of Dewdrop Jewelry receiving your item, feel free to contact us.
If your previous order qualified for free shipping and your returned purchase brings the total original order below the free shipping threshold, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the original order.
